Mitsui-Soko provides cost effective solution through its professional scanning and data entry service to convert huge quantities of paper documents into electronic format in a timely manner.

Mitsui-Soko scans your paper documents using high speed and accurate equipment and create open standard electronic documents in the format of your choice. These images are then categorized and placed on to DVD(s) or directly onto a server.

Mitsui-Soko uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Barcode technologies wherever necessary and feasible to auto-index all scanned documents for convenient retrieval. We also provide a data entry service which can be used to collect vital data from your paper documents.

We scan items as small as credit card receipts or as large as computer printouts that come in various colors, single or double sided. We always apply the most appropriate equipment. All valuable and fragile papers are evaluated and processed to assure proper care and accurate conversion.

On-Site Support

Mitsui-Soko Document Scanning Services can be provided on-site or at our imaging centre. We also offer professional imaging service for large format drawings, large format color documents, microfilm and microfiche.

CD Publishing

For customers that require a self-contained-CD. We can scan documents, index images, OCR the text, create an index database and publish it all to CD including the viewer, the database and the images.
